You may not protest a penalty from the incident report/protesting system, once a penalty has been actioned against a driver it is not up for discussion, all penalties will have a brief explanation and due to the amount of protests/incidents received, only live stewarded penalties may be protested.
We acknowledge that due to the human nature of our system, there could be a mistake in who the penalty was handed out to based on the evidence provided, and as such if this does happen, please open a ticket via this support portal, however this ONLY applies to incorrectly applied penalties, not penalties which you deem "incorrectly" judged.
