How do I report an incident I had on a session?

Incidents should only be reported when a driver violates the rules and regulations of the platform.

Incidents that we recommend report include but are not limited to:-

  • Third Party Advertising in Chat
  • Unsportsmanlike Conduct (On/Off Track)
  • Retaliation/Intentionally Causing Incidents
  • Behaving in a Disrespectful Manner (On/Off Track)
  • Incidents where one driver came off worse than the other, but the PitRep doesn't reflect that.
  • Unsafe Rejoins.
  • Overtaking During Qualifying.
  • Flag Violations (Blue, Yellow, Red)
  • Inappropriate/Unrealistic Names - All names should follow the FirstName LastName format and atleast LOOK realistic.
  • Blocking/Weaving (Making more than one defensive move).

Protests must be filed under the results for the session; which can be found at the following link:

  1. https://pitskill.io/event-results
  2.  https://pitskill.io/driver-license/ -> Event Results Tab

Then finding the result you wish to protest.

Once done, select the CORRECT session:

if you are able to protest any of the results you will be able to do via the following button at the top right of the page:

From there, follow the directions on the form and fill in all the information correctly and file the report.

Remember, that in racing, accidents do happen.

The primary reason for the stewarding system is to discourage, and if need be, penalise drivers who intentionally cause incidents, or negatively affect members enjoyment of the platform, in most cases, PitRep has handled the incident and no further action is needed.
