Do I need a certain laptime % to race?
No, if you can run a full race (15minutes) of valid laps on the track and feel like you won't be a hazard for others around you, sign up to any series with a Rookies requirement.
Is there a Licence Test I need to do to race?
No, we don't believe it's an accurate representation of your ability as a racer, as when you get into races you could be completely different to how you are on a hotlap session on your own, which is why we require all drivers to race through rookies races and then improve their licence class.
