Server Full when trying to connect

If the ingame server is showing "full" but you signed up to the event, this could mean a couple of things:-

Race Servers

Race servers operate on a whitelist per each event, and if you signed up just before the server booted then it may not have calculated your registration correctly, but added you to the list of participants anyways, in daily races attendance isn't tracked so you won't be counted as not attending; in future sign up earlier.

If you signed up well in advance of the server booting.

FIRST

Try refreshing the page to ensure that you are connecting to the correct split.

THEN

You might have a different Steam account signed up to PitSkill than the one you use in-game; this happens when people are signed in on web with different accounts than on the Steam client itself.

1) Go here: https://pitskill.io/debuggify-me (Don't share any details on here with anyone else).

2) Check your "Steam_ID" or "steam_username" from the big string at the bottom.

3) If it's incorrect, unlink everything that's linked to the current pitskill account.

4) Log out of your pitskill account.

5) Log in to pitskill and when it asks to authenticate with Steam, ensure you log in with the correct Steam account; you can also sign in on the Steam website with the correct account before re-logging in with pitskill.

6) If you are asked to create a new profile etc, then it has worked!

Hotlap / Time Trial Servers

Time trial and hotlap servers have an entrylist that updates daily at 6AM GMT, so wait until after the next update for the new entrylist.
